Neck knife by Stoil Menchev from Bulgaria, razor sharp from maker, very very thin behind the edge. Used at my desk mainly for paracord cutting duty so it is still razor sharp.

comes with secure kydex sheath, snaps in snugly, I put on a brandy new paracord for neck carry with sliding knots so you can adjust it to suit you.
