Ultra smooth...probably the smoothest Strider I've owned. Locks up around 50%. Lockup is rock solid with no play or rock anywhere. Lock stick is nearly nonexistent. Centering is very good as well. The edge has been stropped/polished, is slightly convexed, and will arrive insanely sharp. I guarantee this one will not disappoint!
