Good evening gentlemen and ladies. Hope you are all enjoying this fine summer's night.
Tonight I have another Strider SnG CC for sale. I have had this knife for 5 entire days. I purchased it from a fellow BF member last week, and have enjoyed every minute of owning it. The catch: I also just received my Hinderer bowie. The two knives play in different leagues, but it is the monetary factor that determines my decisions.
$old gets:
**Don't be hindered by the scraped clip...it does the knife no justice** Flamed Titanium, Tiger Striped Blade, Semiconductor LBS, Ranger Green G10 Scales, S30V steel, deep cary clip ( will ship the original once I get it), sharp mirrored edge. The knife is great. A user from the previous owner, but in fantastic shape for bearing the title as such. The G10 is virtually spotless besides a tiny (TINY) bit of wear near the bottom of the scale. The flamed titanium side is nearly flawless; a few snail trails here or there...I'd rate the Ti a 9.5/10. The blade does show some markings and very fine scratches from being used as it should. The deep carry clip does have some wear and the coating is coming off in some places, but I will Include the original clip as soon as I get it from the original owner. (He simply forgot to include it in the priority box, I'll mail it to you for free). DO NOT let the condition of the clip throw you off from the condition of the knife itself! I am asking less than what I paid not even a week ago. Why? Because I know someone out there will really get a kick out of this knife. Great first Strider!
The action is smoother than my previous one, but I believe that the pivot could be tightened a fraction of a turn. No lock stick at all...smooth in and out. Dead on centered. The knife flings shut when the lock bar disengages, thus my reasoning for feeling the next owner may want to tighten it.
Buyer gets to choose between a SOG Mini Aegis, or a SOG Salute Mini (stonewashed). If you buy it in the next 4 hours I'll give you both. Both are sharp, both are unused.
