SOLD
Rules say mid-techs are not customs, so I believe this is in the correct place.
Knife has not been used or carried, it is as from the maker.
This is a small knife, blade is 2 1/8", OAL is only 5 1/2". Handle is wide though, and the shape is great for a solid 3-finger grip. Scales are orange-peel textured Titanium.
Blade is 154CM with a Razelcliff (what I would called a reverse-tanto) grind. Front edge and main edge are sharp, really sharp, and the point where they come together is frightening. Blade is acid-etched, and it's dark enough that the maker's etch is not so clear.
Blade flips open on caged bearings. This is a relatively short, heavy blade for a flipper, so it takes some practice to figure out how to reliably flip it open. Hard to explain, but you have to apply some pressure to the tip of the flipper off-axis to build up your push, and then switch to the direction you need to open it. Once you get a feel for it it becomes second nature, and it does flip open reliably, but you should know that it does take a little getting used to.
Lock-up is totally solid. No blade play in any direction, when the blade is opened, closed, or anywhere in between. Perfectly centered. Tail-hook clip for deep pocket carry.
It's a jewel of a knife.
Asking $350, which includes Paypal fees and USPS priority shipping.
