I purchased this light brand new about a month ago. I don't carry it as much as I thought I would. I didn't even drain a full battery.
It will come with everything as new (box, instructions) and I'll throw in a brand new CR123 battery. It's screamin' bright, and throws a beam down the block.
It has a few scratches (clearly seen in the last picture) from when I took a fall onto the sidewalk with the light in my pocket.
