Used, factory edge, still sharp. Some dulling of the bevel from storage so I'm not sure which finish it actually is. No sheath included right now as it's being stored in a ratweiler sheath, and I'm going to see if I can get the sheath to fit a megaweiler I just got in before including it with the SYKCO.
