Gentlemen,
This is the third variation of my Tamarack model. It has a little more belly and a thumb ramp. It's in 26C3 carbon steel at RC63-64 with some nice hamon. The handle material is absolutely beautiful curly Silver Wattle. The chatoyance is very close to Koa. It's an Australian hardwood in the Acacia family, making it a cousin to Tasmanian Blackwood and Koa. It has been professionally stabilized by K&G.

SPECS:
OAL: 9.25"
BLADE: 4.25" long, 1.25" wide. It has been hand finished to 1200 grit, etched and polished to reveal the hamon. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.009" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.13" 26C3 carbon steel heat treated to RC63-64.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized curly Silver Wattle with natural micarta liners, toxic green G10 pinstripes and bronze pins.
Sheath: Leather sheath
Price: $SOLD Shipped USPS in the CONUS
