My best seller and personal EDC in Crucible's venerable cpm3v tool steel, heat treated by Peter's. The blade is hand finished and then given an acid wash/stone wash treatment for a tough finish that is non-reflective and textureless, and is fitted with black linen micarta scales. This is a compact and lightweight knife with the the proven durability and edge retention of 3v, and comes with a very practical carry package with a kydex sheath that is hand-tuned for proper draw and retention, and my exclusive QD clip that can be mounted in different positions including standard belt carry, IWB, horizontal or inverted carry. The standard black clips are now made with heavier .093" material, so they are nice and stout and spring shut tight.

This model appears in the July issue of Tactical Knives, much thanks to Terrill Hoffman for the very nice write-up.
