We have been interested in making kitchen knives for some time. This is the first true dedicated kitchen knives that we have offered for sale..We wanted to test and make sure they were up to task..
Both are made from 3/32" AEB-L stainless..Both full flat grinds down to around 0.008-0.010 behind the edge..Both have desert Ironwood handles with three stainless pins..
Knife #1
This is basically a clipped tip kitchen utility knife. Good slicer..Will do a bit of everything..The knife is appx 7 1/2" long with a 3 1/2" blade..Im asking $79 shipped priority for this knife..I take paypal and money orders..My paypal is wolfcreekforge@bellsouth.net

This is a small Santoku..the knife is appx 9" long with a 4 1/2" blade..Very sharp and slicy
