Hi Folks
It's been a while... and I have a new model – the ‘Ardmair’. A classic Bird & Trout knife that is an evolution of the popular ‘JBT’ model. I have 2 left that are ready to go. Here is the first one...
The 'Ardmair' - sleek, refined and elegant. This classic Bird & Trout knife, new for 2025, is an evolution of the beloved 'JBT' design.
Crafted in Elmax stainless steel, the Ardmair features a full-tang construction with intricate filework along the spine. Its handle is crafted from stabilized Maple Burl, set behind a stabilized Hornbeam bolster. Finishing touches include fiber liners, a mosaic pin, and a custom-fitted leather sheath with toolwork, completing this finely crafted field companion.
