Here is the second of a pair of skinning knives I finished up last week...
The 'Hemmingway' - an old-world skinning knife. Like it's namesake, understated and functional. Broad tip, fat belly, finger curve on the choil and razor sharp - made for the field, it'll make light work of any skinning task. This one has file-work on the spine to help maintain a firm grip in slippery situations, beautifully figured oiled Bocote scales and brass fixtures with a lanyard hole in the back. Comes with a custom fitted leather sheath.

• Blade: Böhler N690 Stainless Steel (HRC +/- 60)
• Blade thickness: 3.5 mm (0.14")
• Blade length: 95 mm (3.7")
• Overall length: 205 mm (8.1")
• Handle material: Oiled Bocote
• Fittings: Brass
• Full, tapered tang with filework on the spine, black vulcanised fibre liners, brass pins with lanyard hole. Comes with a custom fitted sheath as seen.
