Hi Folks

Fresh out of the workshop...

The 'Jause, Bird and Trout' - long, slim and elegant. A classic Bird and Trout design that also lends itself perfectly to the Austrian tradition of Jause - a snack of cold cuts that is normally served outside. Crafted in stainless steel with a full tang and filework on the spine. The scales are beautifully figured maple burl with black fibre liners and a mosaic pin. The maple burl has been stabilized in-house - a process whereby the wood is impregnated with resin. Stabilized wood is very hard wearing, unlikely to crack or warp and is water resistant.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Blade thickness: 2.5mm (0.1")
  • Blade length: 107mm (4.4")
  • Overall length: 226mm (9")
  • Handle material: Stabilized Maple Burl wood
  • Fittings: Brass
  • Full tang with filework on the spine, fibre liners, brass pins, mosaic pin, stabilized maple burl scales. Comes with a custom fitted sheath as seen.
