Hey Folks,
Here is the last of the old guard Res-Tac axes. As mentioned before I have done a redesign of my entire axe line and do not plan on using the old designs any longer. This 11.25" axe is made from .375" 80crv2 plate. The tang is fully tapered by hand, by me on my grinder. Each axe is ground by hand without the aid of jigs or fixtures so no two are exactly the same. The fit and finish however is kept to a high standard, especially for an axe. Handles are black canvas micarta with scallops added for enhanced grip.
