Hi Folks
Here is something a bit special... a new design hunting knife built with some awesome materials...
Named after the esteemed big game hunter John 'Pondoro' Taylor and inspired by the big tuskers of his day. A rounded handle, lanyard tube, generous finger guard and a tapered tang combines practicality with the aesthetic.
This 'Pondoro' is the full tang version - the handle is crafted in beautifully patterned Snakewood. The blade is in Magnacut stainless steel - the newest kid on the block and one of the best powder metallurgy steels available that gives excellent edge holding and is very, very tough.
After a hard day's work in the field, this knife will make light work of breaking down your quarry. Enough blade and robust enough for some of the largest thick-skinned game like Cape Buffalo as well as general duties around the campsite. This knife will serve you well in hunting trips for the rest your lifetime.
The 'Pondoro' is also available as a hidden tang, with jimping or filework on the spine and with a variety of handle materials. Please inquire for a custom order.
