Good afternoon friends, here are three razor sharp carbon steel filet knives to both process your fish and accumulate a history of them in the form of patina. These are based on the design Finesse Filet design collaboration I did a while back. They are slightly larger in dimensions and slightly thinner in blade stock. With great geometry and comfortable handles, I believe these will be a great addition to any home or cottage kitchen.

Only the Suretouch one remains good sir. But they are all comparable in flex.
