(SOLD) Tiger Warden w/Sheath

Standard Game Warden thickness, right around 1/4”

1/4" (.250) is not standard on the Game Wardens, the Fatty's are in that size range but the lighter (thinner stock) averaged around .140. Mid sizes ranged in the 3/16" thickness range so a varied variety of thicknesses. I know someone might come along and point out the specifics. This one is certainly sharp looking and that sheath just compliments it, great deal here and someone will be quite happy with this setup.

I have thin, medium and fat Wardens and it looks closer to 3/16” or 0.187”

While not fat or slicey .187” on a Warden is a good compromise with decent geometry and the best ergonomics for my XL hands. It is going to make somebody very happy :D

That's definitely tigerhide - like almost all of Busse's black tiger GWs from Skunk's Busse Store in the'way back, the micarta slabs were treated with something like True-oil to make the colors pop. I've had several Black Tiger GWs (one without the varnished slabs) and I seem to remember the blade thickness was .195. The thin GWs are .140, the satin White Tigers are around .187, and the Chubby and Fatty satin ones are .22 and .27 respectively (I once had a coated Fat Leprauchaun GW that ran .280 - not the one in my avatar photo). Hope this helps.
