Up for SALE ONLY is a Tinus Stone Medium Companion. It has a 2.875" flat ground blade in N690, is 6.625" overall, and has a blade stock thickness of 0.13". The covers are red linen micarta with thin grey liners (I believe G10).
Downsides: as you will see from the pictures, the mark side of the blade is scuffed up from when I once foolishly carried it in my pocket outside of the slip. The other side of the blade looks nice. There are also two scratches in the micarta that you will see. It came to me a bit dull so I sharpened it right out of the box, but is in perfect working order, sparingly used, and very clean aside from the cosmetic imperfections listed above. Last point, depending on taste, is that is has a very strong pull (7-8ish) and that may be too much for some.
Great things: Tinus Stone makes an exceptional custom slipjoint knife for the price. It has perfect centering and blade seating when open, no blade play, smooth walk-and-talk, very tight tolerances, mill relieved liners, and a hand-rubbed blade. The tang is flush to the spine when open, at the half stop, and closed positions, and there is ample blade height to easily pinch open.
It was $270 new from Knife Joy and I would part with it for$150 SOLD. Comes with COA and original leather slip.
The knife will ship same or next business day via USPS Priority Mail, tracked and insured. I prefer payment via PayPal Friends and Family, and will accept Zelle and USPS money order.
