The Neely Knife & Tool MC-1 is a full titanium and magnacut stainless steel linerlock knife. The frame scales, pocket-clip, standoffs and pivot screws are all 6al-4v aerospace grade titanium. The magnacut stainless steel blade has been professionally heat treated by Peters Heat Treat of Pennsylvania to an HRC of 62. The frame scales and blade steel profiles were water-jet cut by New Jersey steel Baron. Outside of that and the hardware, the entire knife is handmade.
This MC-1 has gorgeous orange/black damascus pattern G10 handle scales and the blade steel has a full height grind with an etched and stonewashed finish.
The action, lockup and detent are all solid. No lock rock, no wobble, no lock stick. The lock has been carbidized.
This MC-1 has some insane horsepower in the action and closes freely once past the detent.
