I ordered this bag directly from Tom Bihn on 1/24/2016. It arrived last week and within one day I decided it was just a little bigger than what I was ideally wanting. (I immediately ordered a different Tom Bihn bag) I could have returned this bag since it's still within it's return policy......except for one thing.... As soon as it arrived I removed the annoyingly noisy metal zipper pull tabs and replaced them with foliage green 550 cord and titanium beads (see pics). A huge improvement in noise, aesthetics, and functionality, IMO. Anyway, per Tom Bihn "Once the metal pulls have been removed from a bag, we cannot accept the bag back for exchange or refund." So I was just going to keep this bag since the quality is spectacular in case I ever need something a little bigger. But I figure it's worth a shot posting here in case anyone's in the market and wants to save some money on a Cadet. The bag will include everything pictured (no cache). And the titanium beads I'll even throw in as a freebie. I will ship this in the original Tom Bihn box along with tags and invoice for warranty purposes.
