Bought the Synapse 19 directly from Tom Bihn last month and have never used it other than putting the supplied Tom Bihn zipper pulls on the bag. It's just a little too small for my needs. Still in "like-new" condition. This is the green with orange-ish interior). I'm tossing in a FREE small Cafe Bag by Tom Bihn (this was also bought new directly from TB. It's grey with blue interior). The Synapse comes with original box and sticker.
