Tops’ Tom Brown Tracker No. 1 with Holloman custom sheath, extras
This is the big one with the 6.4 inch blade of quarter-inch 1095 steel hardened to 56-58 Rc.
It hasn’t been used, but it does have various marks from storage, including some light rust
on parts of the edge.
It has thick Micarta scales with orange liners. It weighs a pound and a half.
It comes with three sheaths, including a super high-quality leather sheath by master
leathersmith Richard Holloman. The sheath is for horizontal carry, usually in the small of the
back. The blade is securely retained by two rare-earth magnets on the outside of the
sheath, underneath one of the straps.
Also included is the standard Tops Kydex sheath, also for horizontal carry, but the
Holloman is much, much nicer. A third leather sheath for normal belt carry is also included.
New, these cost $209 at Bladeheadquarters. I don’t remember the price of the Holloman
sheath, but it was expensive.
