Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure
Flat grind with 400 grit belt followed with a cork belt and buffing compound
Stabilized and thermally modified maple handle
Distal tapered tang with black Micarta spacers
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry. It is a snug fit for safety and the lanyard and antler button help get it out.
