Finally designed a sheath that works, but you have to be intentional about putting the knife in correctly. Please see the video below


Steel: CPM 154.Heat treated by Paul Bos for 61 RC
  1. Blade: 3 3/8"
    OAL : 7 1/2"

    All hand made.

    Handle is cocobolo and toxic green g10 liners. Glued with G-Flex epoxy. Sanded to 1500, then buffed.
    There are a few minor sanding scratches around the plunge lines and on the pins.

    Flats are left rough.

    Bevels are sanded to 600 grit. They came out looking nice.
