I am the second owner of this hard-to-find (discontinued) and very nice diver from Tutima, a German watch company with a storied history. Tutima flies way under the radar here in the USA, although I understand they're well known and highly regarded in Europe. Unfortunately (to me at least), they've moved completely over to larger size watches now and don't make any diver or flieger watches that have cases size of less than 43mm. I think they stopped making this 40mm gem in 2017. That's too bad, 'cause this one's a real winner for any size wrist (mine is 7 3/8").

I didn't think I'd ever rid of this amazing watch, but I've got to stick to my guns (for now) in being a one-watch guy, and I finally broke down and bought the new Casio Oceanus T200s, which just arrived on Saturday from Japan. So now, my beloved Tutima Pacific 670 needs to go to a new home.

SOLD PayPal G&S, shipped to CONUS.

This is a no-nonsense and very German tool watch that, to me, is the perfect mix of function, form, and value. Case size is 40mm, which wears really nicely, particularly combined with a thin 11mm profile. The sand-blasted stainless steel (actually looks like titanium) case and matte black dial are nicely finished and detailed, but in an all-business, utilitarian style. Screw down crown with silky action...day (in German and English) and date window at the 3:00 position. This watch has a fantastic bracelet with screw down links, half links and micro adjust settings. Obviously, this is not a watch for someone who's looking for wrist bling, but rather someone who appreciates an understated object of precision. To me, it's like the Slysz Bowie of watches.....

This had been a daily wear for me since I bought it in late October of last year. It has some scuffs and snail trails around the bezel and on the clasp, but has held up magnificently and looks even better for the wear, in my opinion. Sapphire crystal is flawless. I just had it regulated this past week, and it keeps great time (+/- 4 seconds per day). No original papers, but I have the small Tutima service box that came with the purchase from the original owner. I have service receipts from the original owner, as well as waterproof testing receipt. I also have my receipt from last week's regulating.
