***SOLD***
Case XX USA (no dot) 62052 redbone half congress - made 1965-1969. It's 3 9/16" closed with a 2 3/8" sheepsfoot main and a 1 3/4" pen blade. This particular example has a Case XX era shield with the tall S, so likely was made early in the period. Blades have original mirror polish with only some light blade rubs - they're the old CV carbon steel. It has wonderful, very well matched redbone scales - no chips or cracks (note: the scans show them as a bit brighter red than they actually are). Has a small portion of the spring to one side that is just a hair lower than the rest and didn't get the same polish as the rest - hard to see or feel in person, but shows up clearly in the scans. Great firm snappy action with totally tight blades. Never used, never carried, never sharpened -- never cleaned or messed with. No box.
Asking $--- -- PayPal instant payment only, fee included; USPS Priority Mail included - US only.

Case XX USA (no dot) 62052 redbone half congress (this one may be more correctly called "pretty bone") - made 1965-1969. It's 3 9/16" closed with a 2 3/8" sheepsfoot main and a 1 3/4" pen blade. Blades have original mirror polish with only some light blade rubs - they're the old CV carbon steel. Scales have no chips or cracks -- back scale is a couple shades darker than the front - the difference is not as apparent to the eye as the scans show (scans are showing the front a bit brighter red than is actually is). Great firm snappy action with totally tight blades. Never used, never carried, never sharpened -- never cleaned or messed with. No box.
