Hi all, today for my first sales thread on BF(!) I'm putting my Blurple Spyderco S110V Military up for sale! There is nothing functionally wrong with it, although if you're looking for the perfect specimen to put into a safe and to bring out and fondle every so often and admire, this particular example is probably not for you. It's been a good work knife for me for the last year or so in a lumber yard, and as such it's seen some use and looks it. Overall though, I'd say the knife is in "Good" condition. The reason I'm letting it go is to free up funds and space in my collection for some upcoming sprints.
Specs should be readily accessible online and since it's a fairly well known model, I won't waste space over it and just mention the specifics relevant to mine:
- Blade centering seems perfect to my naked eye
- Handle scales are a little bit darker due to dirt/use; they've been cleaned once or twice but are definitely darker than when the knife came out of the box.
- The blade grind is uneven on the show side; on the portion of the blade where it transitions from flat to belly, the grind narrows. It was a user for me so that never bothered me.
- The pocket clip has some edge wear from use
- Lockup appears to be around 60%-70%
- When locked open there is a very small amount of vertical blade play caused by the liner lock shifting on the blade tang while vertical pressure is applied on the blade (spine or edge) which again, as a work knife I didn't let bother me; it was never a safety issue for myself
- The knife DOES NOT have a factory edge, it has been touched up by me on my sharpmaker several times and has been store sharpened once.
- I've cleaned and maintained the knife as best as I could during its time with me, however, I've been unable to disassemble it to clean it as the knife has been loctited shut from the factory
- I'm the original owner and it comes with the factory box and papers etc.

I'm asking $175 and I will entertain offers, although I feel I've priced this pretty fairly. Not looking for any trades at this time. Payment will can either be by EMT or by Paypal (G&S only); same price for either payment method. Shipping is included which will be by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking, signature confirmation, and full insurance (for retail value).
First "I'll take it" posted in the thread gets it. After that, I'll expect to have the funds within 24 hours of the post, after which the claim will expire and whoever's next in line gets a chance at it.

- I live on the West Coast and work some early mornings, so replies/messages/email after about 10:00pm Vancouver time might not be answered until the following day
- I can work long hours and I don't work at a desk, so I'll try my best to respond quickly to any queries and such, but I may not be able to always respond right away.
- After purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the knife if you're unhappy with it in any way for a full refund. If I don't hear from you either way after that time period, I'll assume you're satisfied with it.
- If you need more pictures or have any other questions, just ask! I'll be happy to accomodate!
