This has been carried and used. There are signs of wear on the scales especially by the clip/on the clip. The blade stops had come out and to remedy this I turned my own - I have not reached out to CRK to see if this voids the warranty or if they would replace them. The blade has been sharpened and the tanto edge has been laid back to 15 degrees. The lanyard pin was replaced with an additional stand off - Thanks for looking
