I grind my bevels with files. Hand sanded. Scales affixed with G Flex epoxy. Sheaths cemented and saddle stitched. I guarantee your satisfaction and integrity of the tool.

1084 steel 59-60rc. 9/64" thickness flat ground 4 1/4" blade and 8 1/2" overall.
Stabilized maple scales with brass pins.
Vertical sheath.

Camper
1084 steel 59-60rc. 1/8" thickness flat saber ground to thin edge. 3 3/4" blade and 8 1/8" overall.
OD green canvas micarta over blue g-10 liners and stainless tubes. Note cosmetic blem by rear tube. Epoxy is showing because hole was drilled too close to edge.
