This is not a hard user, but I am calling it "utility" because it is made from a thicker barstock and is thicker behind the edge than most of my knives.

Steel: AEB-L
Heat Treat: Paul Bos, 61 RC
Blade Length: 3 7/8"
Overall Length: 8 1/4"
Blade Thickness: .131"

Handle: Brown Mallee Burl, stabilized by K & G, nickelsilver pins, epoxy. I finished it with Tru Oil so it is mostly shiny but not perfectly smooth. I filled in the cracks with superglue

Sheath: 7-8 oz. cow leather and artificial sinew.

This is great work Andy. Everything looks right on this. It’s swoopy and looks extremely comfortable. Hope to see more of these in your rotation.
Thank you Smiticus. It was very difficult to create all the right curves and I have drawn countless patterns on paper over the years trying to replicate the original pattern.
