Good afternoon friends! Here is the last blade I made in 2020, finished up on New Year's eve. The versatile shape of this design is a blending of all the characteristics of a pseudo wharncliffe, spear point, drop point and leaf blade. With an aggressive blade to handle angle, light weight, and a generous and comfortable handle, this knife will lend itself very well to prolonged use in light to moderate cutting tasks. A thin blade grind and hair popping edge give it great slicing performance, following the "thin is in" philosophy that guides much of what I make. The large and neutral handle accommodates just about any grip you can think of, and as a result, this blade would also do well in a CCW role.
