Up for sale is an original run spyderfly, it is VG-10 and numbered 081 (of 200 I believe). The cast steel handles have some discoloration but no rust that I can see. One of the pivots has what appears to be a small surface void. It's not a crack as best I can tell, it doesn't open or widen when the handles are flexed. It looks more like a problem when the handles were cast and doesn't affect the function of the knife at all. I have pictures of it, so I want it to be made aware just in case. The blade is perfect and just as it was when I received the knife years ago. I am the original owner. I have the original box but the stickers were removed, it was a gift and for some reason they thought it was a good idea to remove them.
