Here is another XF double bit felling axe (head only)...Nice full profile...extremely light impact marking on the top and bottom of the eye. Hint of original blue paint remaining in bevels...Good old steel - Very nice differential heat treat margin evident...four distinct ridges running from top to bottom of eye leads me to believe this is an old Kelly Works (TrueTemper), BUT not 100% sure....again, there is a lot of discussion on the net to support this...anyhow, it's clean and ready to work...Stamped B16. Head weight is 3lbs 5oz.
