The CFO II features a hand-ground blade by Anthony Marfione and Tony Marfione Jr. with black finished grinds and satin flats. The blade on this single action out-the-front automatic knife fires with a push of the front-mounted firing button and is released by the liner-lock style tab, followed by a pull of the black finished charging handle at the base. Marfione dagger logo on the front of the aluminum handle. Includes a nylon sheath.
