(SOLD) W2 belt knife with Ivory paper micarta scales

Here is another fresh one out of my shop!

I thoroughly enjoy making these kinds of belt knives!

Especially when they look as good as this one in particular!

I especially like the contrast between the ivory paper micarta and the vintage micarta liners! They almost glow in the sunlight!

STEEL:W2 tool steel with a hamon
SCALES: Ivory paper micarta scales, with vintage micarta liners and copper corbies!

This guy will have a natural leather sheath made for it and I'll update it once its done!

Blade length is 3 1/2" thickness is .156 at the spine. Hardness is hard to determine since I don't have a Rockwell tester. After ht it certainly skated a metal file! I follow a protocol from the knife engineering book that would put it at around 60-61 Rockwell after temper. Eventually though I'd like to get my hands on a tester! To be more precise ๐Ÿ˜
