Here is one I forged from W2. I clay quenched it for a nice hamon.
The handle is natural micarta, with a hemp wrap overlay and a turks head knot. The wrap is epoxy soaked and the handle is held in place with pins and G-flex.
The sheath is some 7-8oz hand tooled leather. It holds the knife securely and draws easily.
Dimensions
Blade - 7 1/8" tip to knot
OAL - 13"
