Here is one I forged out of some really old W2 I got my hands on at the last knife show I went to. It is polished to 800 grit and etched to show the hamon.
The handle is natural linen micarta. It is sculpted and polished to fit nicely in the hand. It is held in place with G-flex epoxy and pins.
he sheath is 7-8oz Buffalo Leather. It holds the knife snugly and allows for an easy draw.
