Here is one I forged from W2. It has been polished to 800 grit and etched to bring out the hamon. It is razor sharp.
The handle is some brown canvas micarta with an overwrap of micro paracord and a paracord turks head knot. The handle is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy. The wrap is also coated in epoxy. The tang has been left proud, rounded over and polished.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather. The knife slides in and out easily, and it falls in deep to keep it secure.

Blade - 7 1/4" tip to knot
OAL - 13"
