Finished this walkabout in CPM-10V, which is an absolute BEAR to work with, I would rather finish three CPM S90V blades over one 10V blade. This one has some very dark dyed maple burl with toxic green G10 liners. The burl reminds me of a stormy night sky...so I am calling this one Walkabout-Nightwalker! Features a brass and carbon fiber mosaic pin, represents both a compass and the North star.

Blade is hollow ground on a 24" radius platen and hand satin finished. The blade is CPM 10V (A11) heat treated by Peters' to 63-64 HRC. Blade is 3.5 inches with an OAL of 7.5". The spine is rounded and has 30lpi thumb serrations. The tang is tapered and has the purple/blue/black dyed maple burl with toxic green G10 liners and copper hardware. Rides in a hand stitched black leather sheath with dark blue stitching and some pebble texturing at the throat.

Cost is $290 shipped CONUS.

Hi Guy...I have a deal pending on this one...But I have two others in 4V that I am working on if interested. Gonna send you a email shortly to discuss. Recommend deleting your email from here after you receive it.

I picked up the hidden tang hunter with a steel bolster couple weeks ago. Just wanted to say how pleased I am.
The handle is perfect for size large hands and thick enough to really do some work. The leather sheath is very high quality and my new favorite. The hand rubbed finish and crowned spine are a treat. Personally I’d prefer to give up a little durability and a have bit thinner grind especially towards the tip but it’s still reasonably thin and does cut well. I put a toothy 17 degree edge on it and have been really enjoying it.
Thanks again,
Lance
