This is a Wetterlings Wildlife Hatchet, with 12 inch handle and 5 inch head. It has some patina on the head from sitting around for a long time, but I don't believe it has been used. Wetterlings no longer exists, of course, so this axe has been discontinued, maybe since 2017 or there abouts.
