I just got this in less than a week ago from a trade here with a solid BF member. Frankly, after unpacking it and setting up it up, I realized that this thing is just too freakin' huge for me, and I'm going to go back to the considerably smaller footprint KME system. Here's the sales thread from last week: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/sold-wicked-edge.1680642/
The description from the original owner/seller states that the diamond stones (two each of 50/80, 100/200, 400/600, 800/1000 and 1500 grit) have about 80% life left in them, and this seems about right to me. They look to be in very good shape. The previous owner also modified the stones' plastic holders by cutting them down on the side to get closer to the choil of knife being sharpened. The vise jaws were also ground down a bit for lower angles.
Kit also includes pairs of ceramic stones (I think they're ceramic, at least) of 1200 & 1600 grit, pairs of glass platen/holders for lapping tape, pairs of leather and balsa strops/holders. Really, only the leather strops are in a condition that merits replacement in the near future. Other items included: a Tormek small knife attachment, upgraded rods with micro adjustments, four tubes of 5, 3.5, 1, 0.5 micron stropping compound (1 micron has just a little bit left, but other three have a pretty good bit). Wrench, depth pin, solid base, and hard Pelican case (HUGE and bomb-proof) are also included.
The original owner/seller stated that he had over $1,000 invested in this system, which may even be a low estimate.
SOLD - includes shipping in CONUS only, which by the way is pretty expensive for this behemoth.
