Brand new and in Wilson Combat pouch with certificate of authenticity. I bought this to hopefully use it but it's just not quite my style. It is amazingly smooth and it flips out nice and fast even with the low-profile flipper. The low-profile flipper is actually one of the features that I love about this folder. It doesn't stick way out when closed which is great. Here are the specs and description from Wilson:

The tactical spear point blade of the Velocity is perfectly ground with a beautiful polished finish on the primary grind. CPM-154 is a powdered metal supersteel with excellent edge retention and toughness superior to most stainless cutlery steels.
The open construction frame is Titanium for strength and light weight and the handles are contoured Carbon fiber for a practical and modern touch.
