ZT0095BLK S90V

BM 940-1501

Southard Tolk v2

Click links for pics

ZT0804CF:
Upgraded with Ceramic Bearings, falls shut on it's own once past detent, dead center, lockup @ 25%. Amazing knife, made even better by the addition of ceramics. It has been carried and has a couple of light marks on the DLC. Edge is still factory. 220 USD
SOLD

ZT0095BLK Sprint S90V: Also upgraded with ceramics. MXG Deep Carry clip (original included). Unlike most of the 0095 series, this one is dead center, lockup is about 35%. This is brand new and unused, there is a small smudge on the dlc from the factory clip which can be seen with the shorter MXG clip installed. This is also smooth, rockets open and shakes closed. The smudge seen by pivot is oil from my hands and will wipe off. 220 USD SOLD

BM 940-1501: Brand new Knifeworks exclusive in 20CV with Black and Blue milled G10. I had Knifeworks open a couple to make sure this had a perfect grind and was not overground. Centering is good, action is smooth. The only reason I am not keeping this is because I bought a ZT0850 and I try to only have one version of steel per knife I keep. 180 USD Sold

Southard Tolk V2: Upgraded with ceramic bearings. Falls shut on it's own, action is simply amazing with ceramics. Dead center, lockup is about 15%. No noticeable snail trails, blue hardware from Southard. This was my grail knife and it is in perfect condition, never carried. I almost don't want to get rid of it. 450 USD Traded

All knives have boxes, paperwork, and all original items they came with. Knives that have had ceramics and/or clips installed will also come with original bearings and clips. The only trade I would consider is an Olamic Wayfarer 247, prices are firm. Prices include shipping and Paypal G&S fees.

I ship to CONUS only.

With the two ZT's, are you saying you replaced the pivot with ceramic ball bearings? Do you have the originals? Just wondering before I commit because of possible warranty issues. Thanks.

The 0804CF uses the metal thrust bearing cage, which I upgraded with a ceramic based one. The 0095 uses the regular polymer KVT cage so you just pop the old bearings out and push in ceramics. As I mentioned in the post, I will include all of the original bearings/thrust bearings/clips. Should you need to send either in for warranty repair later, the swap to the original equipment items is simple. I also use high quality manual tools, so there is no damage or over-torquing of the torx screws. If you do not feel confident in returning the knives to OEM condition at a later point, I can either provide more detailed instructions or you can pay to return the knife to me and I will be happy to reinstall the OEM equipment. ZT also has always seemed to be pretty cool about aftermarket mods as long as you aren't doing something like major grind changes, etc.

Ok thanks. I will take the 0095. PM inbound.

Are you up to trade the 804cf for a Microtech LUDT Jedi Knight LNIB?
