This EDC is forged L6 and is approximately 1/8 in thick. It has a convex grind with a forged/etch finish and is 7 7/8 in OAL, blade of 4 in. The handle is canarywood. It has a leather pouch sheath pictured.

I have a few of yours now, very sharp right out of the box. I have not had a chance to test the edge under normal camping conditions yet, so excuse my lack of knowledge, are you able to get a lot of camping chores done before you have to sharpen them, I guess how well do feel they keep an edge? Lastly, how do you recommend sharpening them? Stone ok or do you recommend the mousepad and sand paper method since it has a convex edge?
 
cardboard/sandpaper method. Sometimes the mouse pad can be too soft. Or send em to me, with the return shipping in the box, and i will sharpen em. David
