If you have a need for speed this is your knife, SOLD, watch the video to see the speed of the action.
I rarely see these older Gerber Harsey Air Rangers for sale here so I'll give some info about this knife model. I have a couple NIB, SOLD, free 2-day Priority shipping. Add $2.00 for Paypal and $5 for 2-day Priority shipping.
Watch this great video review for a demo of this underpriced Gerber Air Ranger.

The Air Rangers make a perfect inexpensive yet quality EDC. The ones I'm selling are probably over 10 years old but have been safe queens, never used, sharpened, or displayed, just stored in their little air conditioned knife cave. Most of the new ones you see at the mart are in blister paks and I'm not sure have the same specs as these older ones that came in a box.
This is a serious folding knife. Designed by William Harsey Jr., the bladesmith who first conceived the clip folder, the sleek-looking, tough Gerber Harsey Air Ranger is so fast and light you would think you are opening an automatic knife. It has a comfortable yet very grippy CNC anodized aluminum handle in a great diamond pattern for one handed openning and comfortable use. The Blade is 3.25" in length, overall length open is 7.25", closed it is 4.16". It only weighs 2.6 oz, hence the "Air" part. The steel is 7Cr17MoV (like AUS-8A). It has dual thumb studs, lanyard hole, easily pocketable clip, good thick modified drop-point/clip-point bead-blasted serrated blade, and anodized checkered gray/silver handle. It has a Walker liner lock, one of the best locks for folders. The knife is designed with a pivotal balance that makes it smooth to deploy and use yet is as tough as they come. I'm not looking for trades although these would make good trading material or nice gifts. If you are looking for a reasonably priced yet finely machined EDC knife, this may be for you.
