I got this MK3 in S30V steel in a trade a while back. The sheath is in like new condition, since the previous owner had a leather one that he used with it. As you can see in the photos, the stonewashed finish has been worn away. I asked the guy what happened to the knife, and he told me that on a trip to Death Valley, he had gotten the blade pretty scratched up and then smoothed it out with fine grit sandpaper. The horizontal factory grind marks are mostly gone now in favor of length-wise sanding grain. Not a professional job, but not too bad. It wouldn't take much work to make it look like a pro, but I just haven't had the time to work on it. The G10 handle is in great shape. The first owner said he didn't do much batoning with it, and based on its condition I believe him. The edge has a nice razor hone to it, but not too acute since this is a work knife. I'm trying to sell off some of my collection, so no trades right now. I want $85 shipped for the MK3. PayPal preferred, but I will also accept a USPS money order.

I actually had one trade offer, and two buyers who PMed me prior to your post. I try my best to keep things fair.

For sure! Thanks for being so nice after I was rude. I really wanted this knife. I basically want a s30v fixed blade. This was affordable. Only other option ive seen is the benchmade 162. Might go for it...

Cheers.
