I really don't think the Mel Pardue designed 5500BK Auto Presidio deserves to be called a 'Mini' since it has about a perfect sized 3" black. plain edge, drop-point blade and a 4+" closed length.
This automatic version of the 550 Presidio features the machined aluminum handle scales which are precision fit with the rugged performance Auto-AXIS mechanism and carries the extended usability of being ambidextrous. It's safe single-handed function and ergonomically shaped handle is easily and comfortably gripped for greater control. The Drop-Point blade shape offers field utility and blade strength, and multi-directional positive grip defines these tough, reliable folders. If you could have one automatic this had to be on the top 10 list of autos.
