Antique revolver in trade? an old Belgian copy of the Webley RIC, in .455 webley. a little beat up, but shoots fine. had it out last weekend shooting it.
not sure what the laws are in the states exactly, but i know in both countries these do not require a permit/license and, in canada, can be used whereever you can shoot a rifle or handgun legally.
