Hannibal - thanks for the offer but I already have the green Knifeworks para2. I actually have one from the original run. I'm looking for some of the more obscure Para2s - the grey, and the CF CPM154/S90V come to mind.

I think you will love the Rockstead. It has an amazing mirror polish and is very sharp. I carry a Rockstead Higo everyday that is dedicated for food use.
