Hello folks, I'd like to sell two Benchmade knives that I don't use enough. Both of these came to me in trade and were used by the previous owners. I'd take paypal or a postal money order as payment. I'll cover all paypal fees and shipping. Take $10 off if you'd like to buy both. Buy my barely used Leatherman Sidekick as an add-on for $15.
First is a 943 (withdrawn), clip point blade and black aluminum scales. This one showed some wear when I got it. It's been sharpened and I think the tip is slightly rounded. I didn't carry it myself but I did manage to drop it once, leaving a little dent. There were typical carry marks (mostly jeans rivets) when it arrived but I think I caused the first real damage. The lockup and action are solid. I don't have the black bag unfortunately. I added a split arrow clip but I have the original clip and I'll include it.
SOLDNext is my 484 that I had reground by Big Chris. The blade steel is m390, contoured g-10 handles. I'm very pleased with the regrind; it's extremely thin at the edge and performs much much better than it did from factory. He broadened the swedge so that it didn't disappear with the regrind (great work.) I caused a tiny shiny spot on the edge by being careless, but it's held up very well. I've touched it up once or twice on a sharpmaker and it gets really sharp really easily. There is some side to side movement if you wiggle the blade. This was in great shape when I got it and the handles still look new.SOLD
