The terms of sale:
  • Please, only reasonable offers.
  • All prices include USPS priority 2-day shipping with tracking. I ship quickly and package things well. I’m just as - if not more - impatient and picky as you are.
  • I do not accept personal checks or money orders. Paypal only, please.
  • US only, please. Please check your local laws. 18 and older only.
  • The first "I'll take it" followed by an email/PM gets it. Emails are far and away the most preferred method of communication.

For the sake of bandwidth and thread size, I have 1-2 pictures per knife and links to photobucket albums for each knife with more pictures, including centering and lockup shots.

Times are tough! I got hit with a $2200 IRS bill from when I filed two years ago, I need a car that doesn’t literally die in the middle of a turn, and I also really want a Combat Troodon now that I’ve handled a Ultratech! I have, of course, listed those in order of increasing priority.

The rest of my knives for sale are in this thread.

TRADES:
The only trade I’m interested in is for a S/E PE Combat Troodon. Blade style, steel, handle color, blade finish, etc - not super important. I like the tanto and the regular blade style, the all-black, all-satin, all-stonewashed, and two-tone finishes all look good in my eyes, and the handle color is really just not an issue for me. I don’t care if it’s flourescent pink. I want your SE PE CT.

As always, no deal is done until you are happy. I do my best to describe everything accurately, but if you find you disagree, we’ll work something out.

Microtech Ultratech S/E Elmax Two-Tone Plain-Edge - $205.25 “friends and family” / $212.43 “goods and services” SOLD

Full album HERE

Like new in box - unregistered and all - carried with no signs of it. I could call it “brand new” and you wouldn’t be able to tell, but I did carry it and did strop the edge a bit because Microtech sent out a $220 knife with an edge that couldn’t pop hairs. It now pops hairs. Anyway, I was planning on making this a keeper due to autos being recently legalized in OK, but I made the mistake of going to a local store and handling a Combat Troodon and now I want one of those so badly it hurts my heart. This little guy fires wonderfully, and has not misfired in the couple dozen times I’ve cycled it. Very smooth, and with pretty good lockup if the gun store’s other Ultratechs were fit for comparison. It doesn’t rattle when shaken, so you have to muscle play, and the play is easier heard than seen when you muscle it. Very minor, if my understanding of OTFs is accurate. (I’m very new to autos)

Annyway, super sweet little knife. Everyone I’ve shown it to has said these things in this order: “Aren’t those illegal?” I tell them they’ll be legal for public carry in November, and that they’re legal to carry at work (unless prohibited by where you work) “Cool! That looks really sweet. I love that sound, too.” Then I hand it to them so they can try it, and: “Oh my god that is the most satisfying feeling.” AND THEY’RE RIGHT.

Like, 8 for 8 on that. Every single person. It’s a fun knife, and I just want the absurdly expensive and slightly larger version. This particular setup is sold out everywhere as far as I can tell, so, this is your ONLY option if this combination appeals to you! And it’s cheaper than new! And it’s basically new!
